@Timcast @drmistercody @AlexMLeo obviously being proud of your community, or culture, is perfectly healthy – no one would say that’s bad. Nationalism is when that becomes entangled in support for a state structure, a bureaucracy of violence, so such pride can be perversely used as a pretext to beat people up.
