@caikli @JWMason1 I didn’t want to reply to the piece myself since it seemed a set-up: author seemed to be making intentional misstatements to get me riled, a trolling technique favoured by Jacobin. No one who read Debt could seriously argue I was claiming changes in ideas drove economic changes!
