@scientificecon well I’ve been aware of the “money out of nothing” piece for years and recommending it to everyone possible. Some of the other stuff I haven’t seen (but remember, I have been pursuing 7 careers at once, so I miss a lot) – catching up now! We do seem to have a lot in common.
