@ordinal @researchMegan @nwin But older colleagues insisted once, you & the HoD would’ve actually chatted about your work & the department. Not to do anything; just to get a sense of what’s going on. I find it really odd despite this huge emphasis on accountability there’s no opportunity to do this any more.
