@scientificecon aha! yes, exactly they kept asking if I’d changed my address, I kept saying I’d only ever had the one. They refused to tell me what the one they were using was, though one guy in India let slip it was a postbox in Notting Hill. I think he wasn’t HSBC but a contractor.
