@KempoJesse @MistressSnowPhD It was the US so I literally couldn’t afford to go to the dentist for 3 years. At one point when senior profs would ask me how I was doing, I started saying “I have a terrible toothache” just to embarrass them because the last thing they wanted was to actually know.
