@Arjumand07 @OwenJones84 you didn’t read the article did you? NHS put together a pandemic response plan years ago, after a warning gov’t in 2016. The UK gov’t decided not to implement it, or any plan. The gov’t of Singapore DID implement that very UK plan & was spared the worst of the virus
