@ChrisvdKieboom not really, no. For instance for about 10 years (don’t know if it’s still true) the US was experiencing an acute shortage of nurses & glut of corporate lawyers. Nurses’ salaries did not shoot up, neither did corporate lawyers’ fees decrease.
