@JimbauxsJournal @rattlecans @elitelemming they don’t have to, because the person they have to justify the cost to, wants to keep his flunkies too. I have testimony from efficiency experts who’ve worked for 15 years for e.g. banks & never once seen any of their suggestions adopted.
