@DonStClairJr @ptcherneva @Evanshm since “non-profit” goes w/out saying, what are claiming here? That local government will make up jobs, not the central govt? Or that gov’t will provide money to local NGOs & tell them to create as many jobs as are applied for? Either way I think the results will be similar.
