@economuse @Evanshm @ptcherneva that is if you also assume it’s possible to create effective & incorruptible state mechanisms to identify those needs & assign the tasks. I live 6 minutes’ walk from Grenfel. I’ve seen what happens when my local council is put in charge of things like this.
