@_BillyBodacious @DwhiteForester @nitrone @jeevanrai @graceblakeley wow this is the first time I’ve ever seen someone describing structural bias of any sort as a “conspiracy”. Is racism a conspiracy? Was sexism a conspiracy? Or did it only become so once not explicitly written into law?
