I tried to watch the scifi show “Expanse” & managed to get up to ep03 when Asteroid Belt protestors carrying anarchy signs started randomly throwing things & the cops reacted by saying “oh no children are endangered!” & rushing to rescue them. Right. That totally happens.

it’s October & everyone I know is sick. I am becoming increasingly convinced that ecologically, London is meant to burn down every 100 years or so to clear out the mold. Clearly the luftwaffe didn’t go a good enough job in 1940. Maybe the upcoming Brexit riots will do the trick?

I really don’t know what to make of the “ceasefire.” On the face of it it’s a demand for the SDF to surrender & allow Erdogan to ethnically cleanse them (a war crime.) Trump seems to actually want this now. But it could equally well be cover for Turkey to pull out
