@AnonKitsu @Alexgold5 – yeah I know I feel sorry for the guy, but what r we gonna do, call off the revolution?

@VireoVideo @Alexgold5 – was doing this from the beginning. Now I live in Austin and I’m doing it here. At the GA here as I tweet

@Alexgold5 – I sympathize but I guess people who lived near Tahrir Sq had to deal with a lot too. Better not to overthrow Mubarak?

@Alexgold5 – they have debts and mortgages and kids who want the opportunity to go to college too

@DanSWright @OccupyWallSt @OccupyPhilly – just did. Hadn’t seen it. Tho I’m skeptical about the whole “1 demand” concept I’m all for Jubilee

@AusMMT – I think the system as it exists has been closely linked to military spending but this could change under pop pressure

@AusMMT – irrelevant to MMT as a mode of descriptive analysis. Even anarchists want to know how things really work!

@jcasey23 – by the way do you know if there’s another GA tomorrow or is it just today?

@mobius1ski – consensus process only works if you allow maximum decentralization of decision-making. Otherwise meeting is all you do

@diymediadotnet – it would be a shame if it were abandoned entirely as it changes how people talk and think

1

@mobius1ski – yeah but there’s always a question of how much you bring to ratify and how much you empower smaller gps to decide themselves

@mobius1ski – but that’s just a thought, maybe if faster decisions in big groups are possible Spanish-style is better

@mobius1ski – dunno maybe use of human mic in large gps will encourage people to keep most actual decisionmaking in decentralized small ones

1

@maxkeiser – actually we were planning a Wall St action right before 911 but afterwards we had to cancel as ground 0 was four blocks away

@chinastudygroup – well it’s very exciting. How would u describe the general political orientation of the authors?

@TheWhiteReview – alas I am here in Austin for the next couple months, so I’ll miss it, but I really enjoyed doing that interview.

@diaz_james – I’m not sure it would be possible to eliminate money in _any_ form, but surely in its present form. I’m very pro-tech

@fishiebznz – nor freedom of assembly, in NYC, since unpermitted assemblies of more than 12 people are illegal even in public parks there

@forstudentpower @ezraklein – yeah there’s been a lot of that “wait, what?!?!” recently
